One of the most common questions from new sellers is, “When will I get paid?” The key is to separate the time your package spends in transit from the time needed to check in your supplies and issue payment.
Shipping time starts when you send your package
Use the prepaid label or QR code provided for your sale and keep your carrier tracking details. Shipping typically takes 3–14 days, depending on your location. Your sale will show as On Hold until the package arrives at our facility.
An On Hold status does not mean payment is overdue while your shipment is still on its way. Check the carrier’s tracking information for updates during transit.
Payment timing starts after delivery
Once your package arrives, your sale status updates to Pending Payment and our team checks in the shipment. Payment is normally issued within 1–3 business days after delivery. That timing starts when we receive your supplies, not when you ship them.
If the products, lot numbers, expiration dates, or condition do not match the sale details, additional verification can delay processing. Our pre-shipping checklist explains what to review.
What the sale statuses mean
- On Hold: Your sale has been submitted and is waiting for your package to arrive.
- Pending Payment: Your package has arrived and the shipment is being processed.
- Completed: Your sale is complete and payment has been issued. Watch for the confirmation email.
Your payment method affects when funds arrive
Issuing a payment and receiving the funds are separate steps. Here is what to expect from each payment method:
- PayPal: The fastest option. Payment is issued as goods and services once the sale is processed. Review the applicable fee when choosing this method.
- ACH: Direct deposit typically arrives 1–2 business days after processing. Enter your account and routing numbers carefully when placing your sale.
- Check: Mail delivery makes this the slowest option, usually adding 3–14 days after the check is sent.
These are typical timeframes, not guaranteed arrival dates. Choose the method that works for you and review its details when submitting your sale.
How to check your current sale status
Log in to your account to view your sales and their current statuses. You can also use Order Status Lookup with your sale number and the email address used at checkout.
Keep your carrier tracking number alongside your sale confirmation. Carrier tracking shows the package’s progress, while your sale status shows where it is in our receiving and payment process.
