Before you pack a sale, take a few minutes to compare your supplies with what you submitted online. Accurate details and products in good condition help our team check in your shipment and issue payment without unnecessary delays.
Check the exact product and quantity
Match the product name, model, and quantity on each box to your sale. Similar-looking products can have different listings or requirements. Use the current product listings when submitting your sale, and ask us about any differences before shipping.
Confirm expiration dates and lot numbers
Double-check that expiration dates match what you entered. Review each product’s current expiration requirements before sending it. Opened and expired boxes are not accepted.
Check the lot numbers as well. Mixed lot numbers and individual pods that do not match the numbers on their box can require verification. If you spot a mismatch, contact our team before mailing the package.
Inspect the original packaging
Make sure the products are in new condition and inspect the boxes for tears, stains, crushing, or other damage. Do not open sealed packaging to inspect the contents, and leave the original labels in place. We will remove and shred those labels after receipt.
Review the Damaged Product Terms before shipping. Products that are not accepted are not shipped back, so resolve any condition questions first.
Why a mismatch can delay payment
When products, expiration dates, or lot numbers do not line up with the sale details, our team has to pause and verify them before payment can be issued. Damaged packaging can also require additional review.
Payment is normally issued within 1–3 business days after delivery to our facility, but a shipment that needs verification can take longer. An accurate submission helps keep that process moving.
Before your next sale
Product prices and demand change, so check current pricing when placing a new sale. We honor the price quoted when you place your sale. Product accuracy and condition still matter when the shipment is checked in.
Submit the details for your new sale and use a fresh shipping label for that order. Never reuse the label from a previous shipment.
